Description: This elegant red blend is full of harmonious and velvety on the mouth, with a beautiful bouquet of ripe red fruit, delicate and ethereal, with intense red color and garnet reflexes. 25% Sangiovese, 25% Sirah, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Taste: Aromatic red berry and hints of coffee are medium bodied and food friendly, with a chocolate note on the moderate finish.
Aroma: Small hints of plum marmalade with a slight flavor of coffee and chocolate on the finish.
Alcohol: 14%
Aging: Aged in Barriques for 6 to 9 months in medium sized oak barrels.
Food: Great for grilled steak and any marinated red meat dishes as well as cheese plates.
Temperature: Serve at 60.80° – 64.40° Fahrenheit, 16° – 18° Celsius after allowing the wine to breathe.
