Description: Light ruby red, sometime with cherry-red highlights, turning to maroon with age.

Type: Medium sweet

Taste: The flavor is clear-cut, full-bodied and elegant.

Aroma: Thin, delicate.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Aging: 3 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.

Food: Grilled tri-tip served with Arugula salad and Parmesan.

Temperature: Serve at 64° Fahrenheit, 18° – 20° Celsius.
