We delay the picking during harvest as late as possible in order to obtain a higher sugar concentration. One of the most popular and successful wines in the USA and America Latina due to its versatility and great appeal.

Taste: Medium-bodied yet elegant and persistent on the palate. Notes of berries, well-rounded and with sweet tannins. Salute!
Aroma: Reminiscent of cherry and red currant jam on the nose with hints of vanilla. Fresh, pleasant and fruity.
Alcohol: 12%
Aging: 0-3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food: Any type of pasta with red sauce, game chicken or red meat. Pairs well with Hors d’oeuvres, creamy or solid cheeses. Salute!
